This is Joel Diaz, a Cuban American who grew up in a third culture space - his Cuban-born parents carved out a Spanish speaking life in America while Joel crosses fluently between both worlds. Until recently, he'd never been home but now that he has, we talk about becoming Cuban and processing what it means to live with white privilege as a third culture kid.
